Get a Commercial HVAC Condition & Phasing Report
For owners, property managers and facility teams carrying rooftop units and split systems of unknown age, a run of tenant complaints, and a capital budget that has to be defended with something other than a guess.
Turn a roof full of unlabeled equipment into a unit-by-unit plan your team can review, approve and phase.
$750-$1,500 · Credited 100% toward the first awarded phase of $15,000+ within 45 days · Delivered in 3 to 5 business days after the walkthrough.
When this is the right document
Tenants keep calling, the units are past the age where anyone remembers installing them, and nobody can tell you what is up there or what it will cost to deal with.
Property managers, facility teams and owners of offices, retail units, multi-family buildings and light industrial space across the DMV.
How this differs from a free estimate
We still price commercial repairs for free when the problem is known. When it is not, and the question is which of a dozen units to deal with first and what that costs by phase, a quote cannot answer it. This report pays for the walkthrough, the unit inventory, the photos and a phased plan your team can take to ownership.
The full report fee is credited toward the first All Purpose HVAC awarded repair or replacement phase of $15,000 or more, awarded within 45 days of delivery.
