Ductwork, Indoor Air Quality and Thermostats
When one room is always wrong, the air feels damp or the thermostat never matches its setting, the furnace and condenser are usually fine. The problem sits between them and you, in the ducts, the filter or the controls, and that's what we fix.
The idea behind this work
Check the delivery first
The equipment makes the warm or cool air. Whether that air reaches the back bedroom is up to the ducts, the filter and the thermostat. When one room is off or the air feels wrong, look at how the air gets delivered before you pay for a bigger box.
Match what you notice to the fix
Weak airflow, or one room or floor never right
Ductwork
The air leaves the unit strong and shows up weak. Somewhere between the two there's a leak, a kinked run or a missing return, and we find it.

Indoor Air Quality
Sticky rooms in July and dust on every shelf usually come down to how much moisture the system pulls out and which filter it runs. We can measure both.

Thermostats
A thermostat wired or programmed for the wrong kind of system makes good equipment act up. Rewiring it and setting it up properly costs little.
