Our work, on real jobs
We took these photos ourselves on jobs, and none of them is stock. They show furnace and condenser repairs, duct sealing, heat pumps, mini splits, maintenance and a commercial rooftop unit, and each caption says what's in the frame and which service it belongs to.
What you're looking at
The job as it happens
Every photo here was taken by our crew on a job we were paid to do. There are no before-and-after pairs, no addresses and no customer names, because the point is to show what the work looks like while it's happening, with panels off, gauges on and mastic on the joints. If your system looks like one of these, the service page linked under the photo says what the visit involves and how it's priced.

Gas Furnace Repair
A basement gas furnace with the front panel off and the blower and control wiring showing. This is what a diagnostic looks like. We find the fault and show it to you before anyone talks about the repair price.
Furnace Repair →
AC Condenser Service
Manifold gauges on an outdoor condenser, reading the refrigerant pressures. An AC that runs but doesn't cool can be a capacitor or a leak, and the gauges tell us which before we quote.
AC Repair →
Ductless Mini Split Service
A wall mounted ductless head being serviced in a living room. A mini split is the usual answer for a room the ducts never reached, or a house that never had ducts at all.
AC Installation →
Attic Duct Sealing
Sealing the joint between a flexible duct and a rigid trunk with mastic, in an attic by headlamp. Leaking attic ducts are the most common reason one room never keeps up with the rest of the house.
Ductwork →
Heat Pump Repair in Winter
Checking the control board of an outdoor heat pump on a winter morning, with frost across the coil. A heat pump that stops defrosting properly runs the electric backup all season, and the bill is often the first sign.
Heat Pump Repair →
Furnace Maintenance
A gas furnace with the front panel off during a seasonal check, with the clean pleated filter held beside the old one. The filter is the cheapest part of the system and the one that causes the most calls.
HVAC Maintenance →
Commercial Rooftop Unit
A packaged rooftop unit opened up on the flat roof of a commercial building, gauges connected. Commercial work is scheduled around the tenant, including short notice, after hours and weekends.
Commercial HVAC →
Thermostat Walkthrough
Walking a homeowner through her thermostat settings beside the return grille. Every installation and most repairs end like this, with what we did, what to watch for and how the controls work.
